Sam Parker is Australia's most successful wresting coach at all levels of the sports, from inter-club competitions to the Olympics, Sam's wrestlers have challenged and won some of the greatest accolades in the wrestling world.
Since 1968 Sam has trained a member or members in every Olympic Games from his club. Of the 21 medals won by Australians in Wresting, only 2 have been by coaches other than Sam Parker.
Sam has trained members of the Australian Commonwealth Games wrestling team for most games since 1968. Three wrestlers qualified for the Commonwealth Games at the most recent nationals.
